Cirwea Strongbow
Cirwea hits for up to 5k and is a druid so spends a lot of the fight casting druid spells which lowers the damage the tank takes. He has one big AE, Shifting Sands, which is a 3k dot with snare that hits everybody on the hatelist. It lasts for 3 minutes, is refreshed about once a minute, and has no counters for curing.

Just keep up with heals and when he reaches 10% all the elven commoners activate and attack. They can be mezzed, rooted, or kited. The easiest path is to burn at the end and then evac after Cirwea is dead and wait for adds to despawn.

Cirwea drops a Discordant Stone and two of the following:

Rooted in place and surrounded by a frantic summoners. The little golems won't engage and can't be damaged but will heal and cure the Construct. It hits for just over 4k, flurries, and has a PBAE, Construct Smash, a 3500 dd with stun.
