Simply kill 6 failed creations which spawn around the base level of the zone.

For this task you need to find the Hymn of the First Creation Pt. 1 to 6. All 6 drop randomly
from bellikos, autarchian, and mephits throughout the zone. They are lore, no trade, and pre-lootable.
For this task you need to collect the remains of 4 fallen adventurers. Each of the remains drop
randomly from telmira throughout the zone, any given telmira will drop one of them about 30% of the time.
The three captives are in cell on the first floor (marked H, G, and S). Give a Whizzlebang to each, but
watch for the bellikos guards which roam the halls.
You'll need to do these three kill steps in order. The "a record keeper" and
"a bellikos curator" are on the third and fourth floors, then "an advisor" on the top.
Once those are dead return to Etrigor and follow diaog.
Deliver 1 Vial of Bellikos Blood to Etrigore

Vial of Bellikos Blood drops
from "a bellikos matriarch" at the top of the fortress. About 50% drop rate.
Bellikos Eye drops
from bellikos curators, connivers, and deceivers throughout the zone. About 35% drop rate.
Apexus Brain drops
from "an apexus brute" throughout the zone. About 30% drop rate.
All items can be pre-looted. When you give them to Etrigore you get a
Telmira Charm Prism
Use the Telmira Charm Prism on one of the Telmiran Advisors
Return the Prism to Etrigore
Head back into the fortress and take an advisor to low health then click the prism.
The advisor will give some dialog then despawn. Return to Etrigore and give the
prism back to complete the task.
The stones are groundspawns throughout the fortress.
Deliver 1 Sample of Greken Saliva to Tolvias the Keeper
The saliva is dropped by immature greken and hatchlings, around 25% drop rate.
When you give the Sample to Tolvias he gives you
Statue Repair Materials.
Deliver 1 Statue Repair Materials to Stonemason Broavr
Speak with Elder Viklov
Stonemason Broavr spawns on the
second floor of the fortress (marked SB). Give him the materials then head to
Elder Viklov who roams around outside
the fortress. He'll tell you the Censer was stolen by Donald Darkbrow.
Deliver 1 Censer of Purest Gold to Elder Viklov
Locate Donald Darkbrow who
spawns on the first floor of the fortress. It always drops the Censer of Purest Gold.
Bring it back to Viklov to complete the task.
Competion of this task flags you to use the Ring Finger of the hand to port directly
to the Second Floor, putting you at the location marked P.
Requires "Different Point of View" and "I, Bellikos".
Deliver the sample of proof of Belsa
Deliver the sample of proof of Grodnis
Deliver the sample of proof of Argnus
Upon getting the task Delth gives you three lettes, one each for the 3 NPCs.
Belsa is on the 2nd floor, Grodnis is at the very top, and Argnus is also
at the top, but in the pit surrounded by KoS mobs that you'll need to handle.
Give each their sample of proof.
Return to Delth and tell her what the others said
Just hail Delth to complete the task.
Competion of this task flags you to use the Thumb of the hand to port directly
to the Fifth Floor.
