Taking Control

Location: Stoneroot Falls
Requirements: The Search for Coral, Learning the Power, and
Discovering the Secret.
- Find an entrance to Korlach's lair (Stoneroot Falls)
- Search for what is Controlling the Korlach
- Break the hold that the Drachnids have on the Korlach
- Speak with Widdlethorpe and report your findings
Head into the instance via Stoneroot Falls. This zone is a mixture of living (witheran and orcs) and undead (shilliskin) and traps. None of the trash respawn though. Clear your way to the far northern chamber. Along the way you'll find a red-con non-agro witheran. You will need to get close and/or hail it to update the task. In the far north chamber you'll find Chancellor Prellius who hits Really hard (reportedly up to 2700). The first time you reach 80%, 60%, 40%, and 20% he will heal to full. First time it reaches 0% it heals to 50%. If you have the mana to power through 3.5 health bars you can take him all the way down. Alternatively you can evac after a heal to med up and progress will not be lost. For example you could go 100 to 80 and 100 to 60, evac and med, then 100 to 40 and 100 to 20, evac and med, 100 to 0 and 50 to 0. Prellius drops the loot but once he dies you have a very short window to loot him before the zone closes. Then just hail Widdlethorpe to complete your mission.
