Kela Xin Dabo - berate
- Retrieve the Ritual Dagger from Diabo Xin Thall

Return the Dagger to Kela Xin Dabo
- Head to the room marked 1 on the map and kill Diabo Xin Thall (anything special to the fight?). It should drop Ka Vethan Ritual Dagger for everybody. Bring this back to Kela Xin Dabo.
- Collect Black Bile from Shades

Deliver Black Bile to Kela Xin Dabo
- Slaughter shades around the zone until you collect 5 Vial of Black Bile. The drop rate appears quite low currently. Once you have all 5 give them to Kela Xin Dabo.
- Slay Strong Willed Tegi

Return to Kela Xin Dabo
- Kill 4 of the Vius Centi tegi found all over the zone and report back to Kela Xin Dabo when done.
- Place the dagger on the ritual table

Speak with Kela Xin Dabo
- Go to the room marked 2 on the map. You'll need to give the table the dagger to update, but doing so will drop invis. You can either preclear the room to make it safe, or attempt to shrink and turn in from max range to try and stay out of agro. Once updated return to Kela Xin Dabo who gives you a Encoded Resistance Missive.

- Lastly go back to Diabo Sivuela in Maiden's Eye and give them the missive to complete the quest.

- Kill 8 of the Akhevan Centi. The Teka`Temariel Centi in the room south of Rashen appear to work. Alternately you can kill Gel'Temariel Centi in room 1.

- Give Rashen back the The Rise of the Akhevan Empire.

Solve the diviner's riddle and collect what you find.
- Go to the spot marked 3 on the map to find a groundspawn, Scroll of Ka Vethan Intel. 1-2 minute respawn.

Bring the papers to Itraer Centien Rashen
- Lastly return to Itraer Centien Rashen and give it the scroll to complete the quest.

Terro Kai - brother
- When you get the task Terro gives you Kai Family Ring.

Examine the bodies of the slain in the sacrifice pit
- Head north to the area marked 1 on the map, target a worthy sacrifice, and click the Kai Family Ring. You should get a Bloody Kai Family Ring
- Return the Bloodied Ring to Terro Kai

Return the Ring to Terro Kai
- Return to Terro and turn in both rings.
- Retrieve a sample of feral vampyre blood in the Bloodfalls
- Retrieve a sample of corrupted vampyre blood from the Maiden's Eye outpost
- Deliver the feral vampyre blood to Terro Kai

Deliver the corrupted vampyre blood to Terro Kai
- Bloodfalls is a locked zone so you may need to come back to this quest later. Head to Bloodfalls and kill vampires until you get a Feral Vampire Blood (low drop rate). Then go to Maiden's Eye and kill things like Senshali Sa Rashen in the north compound to get a Corrupted Vampire Blood (again, low drop rate). Once you have both give them to Terro back in Ka Vethan. He gives you a Tainted Kai Family Ring

Deliver the ring to Ceesil Ahdai in the Basilica of Adumbration
- Next up is heading to Basilica of Adumbration, get there via Shadow Valley, and locate Ceesil Ahdai on the western side of the zone (around 40, 7).
- Kill shades in Shadow Valley

Return to Ceesil
- While Ceesil prepares to clean the ring they require you to kill 10 grim shades or drifting shadows in the zone. Once you meet your kill quota return to Ceesil to get Cleansed Kai Family Ring and Ka Vethan Shackle Key.
- Speak with Terro in Ka Vethan
- Give the Purified Kai Family ring to the shimmering presence

Give the Shackle Keys to Terro Kai
- Lastly return to Terro Kai, hail, and follow dialog. A shimmering presence should spawn. If it doesn't, be sure to drop any invis and hail Terro again. Give the purified ring to the presence then the key to Terro to complete the quest.
