Overview

The Mansion is the first keyed zone of the expansion, unlocked via the quest Search for the Ultimate Story. Inside the zone is full of see invis making travel quite difficult. There are two ways to acess the Mansion, the front door in Fortress Mechanotus and a back door leading to the basement via Steam Factory. There are no zonewide rare drops.

Spawns on ground floor west of main entrance. No combat info.

Eldaroth

Spawns in the graveyard, northwest portion of basement. Hits for around 5k, no info on spells.
Drops - Charm of Death's Embrace, Moonbound Earring, Eldaroth's Phylactery of Pain, Earring of the Waning Moon, Crazok's Talking Eartackle (evolving)

Findlewill

Spawns in the MEG room, northwest room of the 2nd floor. No combat info.
Drops - Shroud of Dusk, Acorn Buckler, Findlewill's Shroud of Eternal Night, Shield of Emerald Daylight

Garn Rocksmasher

Spawns just north of the eastern elevator on 2nd floor. No combat info.
Drops - Cloak of Battered Leather, Ring of the Hard Charger, Cloak of the Rocksmasher, Rocksmasher Ring

Geartop

Spawns on eastern side of the 3rd floor. Hits for around 4k, procs a 6k dd with 1k dot, and spawns up to 9 "tiny top" adds one at a time during the fight.

Glorb

Spawns in the northeast room of the ground floor. Hits around 5k and doesn't seem to have any special abilities.

Larth the Toad

Spawns just north of the eastern elevator on 2nd floor. No combat info.

Spawns in the disco, southwest room on 3rd floor. Hits around 4k, no info on spells.

The Hangman

Spawns in the maze. Hits for around 4500. No info on spells.

Spawns just north of the fountain room and roams between there and just east. Hits only 4k, no info on spells.
