You zone in to the instance at the same place you zone into the normal Silyssar inside Zhisza. When you click the door you'll be presented with a yes/no message box, select yes to zone into the instance. This mission is fairly straightforward. Once inside head a bit southeast, approach the transporter and watch for emotes. If you get too close to the teleporter you will be spotted and the task will fail. Each time an emote fires you get one of these:

• a shissar sorcerer mutters a nearly audible verse to the teleporter incantation.
• a shissar sorcerer whispers an inaudible verse to the teleporter incantation.
• a shissar sorcerer voices an audible verse to the teleporter incantation, 'Sssithar maarthasss briinthssaar'

Usually you will then get an emote about Shissar teleporting down and get 3 adds which agro anybody in zone. Kill them and wait for the next emote. Eventually instead you'll get an emote about hearing the phrase and the task updates. If you are FD during the emote, it won't count.

There are many theories about line of sight, kiting, requiring xyz kills, but I have yet to find anything reproducable. It seems to be purely random.
