Head into the instance and up to the top floor then clear your way to Timo Sprockinix. Time hits for 2300 but casts Wizard spells which cut his dps down. Kill him then continue on to find M.A.R.G.E., a large dragon. Clear out all the trash first, it has a small assist range, and then attack. M.A.R.G.E. hits for just over 4k but has no special abilities. Loot the MARGE Memory Module and deliver it to Overvolt to complete the mission.
