Rank 1 spells are bought in Shard's Landing from vendors based on class. There are no restrictions

• Bards and Enchanters: Gilbert Songcryer
• Clerics and Paladins: Olivia Dawnlight
• Druids and Rangers: Noel Gladestrider
• Necromancers and Shadow Knights: Lirit T`Prakk
• Shamans and Beastlords: Varille Alyrinshar
• Wizards and Magicians: Gilab Flamesphere
• Melee Tomes: Went Steelhaft

Rank 2

Rank 2 spells are obtained from Tomekeeper Kerkaz in Shard's Landing. Just tell him "dreadmote" to be offered the tasks to turn in a Dreadmote (drops from rares and missions). The Dreadmotes are tradable and there is no restriction on getting the task. Some classes will get spells in pairs for some tasks.

Rank 3

Rank 3 spells are obtained from Tomekeeper Kerkaz in Shard's Landing. Just tell him "terrormote" to be offered the tasks to turn in a Terrormote (from raids). The terrormotes are no trade. on getting the task. Some classes will get spells in pairs for some tasks.

Type 3 Augs

All type 3 focus augs are bought from Tomekeeper Kerkaz in Shard's Landing. They run about 15k each, but no restrictions on purchasing.
