Tell Rupkerr "begin" to zone into the instance.

At the start of the mission head to the three locations: near Innothule Swamp, near Temple of Cazic Thule, and west of the waterfall. In each location you'll find a bunch of Plane of Fear type mobs, clear the area in each even though mission only requires 4 kills. Return to Rupkerr who sends you on to Cyndreela near the portal to Plane of Fear. She requests 8 "Essence of Fear", these drop fairly well from anything in the instance. When you give these to Cyndreela she betrays you. Return to each of the original three locations. As you get close an amygdalan will spawn and attack, followed shortly by a second and then a third. They can be mezzed and rooted. When the third dies a boss spawns, a clone of one of the loot dropping rares in Feerrott. Near Innothule swamp the boss is Blackbones (has a pushback and targeted 15k AE). Near Cazic Thule is Terror Unleashed (has a 3k mana drain and a frontal 28k AE). Near the waterfall is Fearful Specter (has a single target fear and a 23k AE with stun and snare). After defeating all 9 amygalans and the 3 bosses go back and kill Cyndreela. She frequently procs a 50 range 5k Lifetap AE. The task locks when Cyndreela dies and a chest spawns containing a random spell fragment (86-90) and one of the following:
