Hides You Seek

- Find the secret entrance to the hive (Stoneroot Falls)
- Explore the staging rooms
- Steal a prepared shiliskin hide
- Steal a prepared wurine hide
- (Optional) Look for a partially prepared hide
- (Optional) Deliver the partially prepared hide to Tisthal Gimblecranz
Head into an instanced version of the Hive from Stoneroot Falls. The staging rooms are the top of the two towers in the front part of the zone. In those rooms are a half dozen chests, one of which will contain a hide you seek. You'll need to collect the hide from each tower. Once you've collected both the mission is "won", the cursor rewards are given, and you have 30 minutes before the zone closes. If you choose there is a boss, Palix, the Preserver, which spawns in the 2nd tower. No fight details on him, but he drops the loot for the instance. Trash in this instance respawns, so if you intend to kill Palix for the extra loot plan ahead of time where to pull to ensure you don't get repops on you and the zone doesn't close before you finish. I assume returning the Partially Prepared Gnome Hide to Tisthal only gives lore.
