The Search for Clues
Quest giver: Brovil Pallivineg
Location: Corathus Creep
Requirements: Must have given Cicero's Torn Notebook to Model XG CVIII or any
mission from Brovil.
- Find a way into the hatchery chambers in the Hive (The Hive)
- Search the chambers for any sign of Cicero
Head into an instanced version of the Living Larder via the Hive. Your goal here is to kill Wicyl, the Watcher. He initially spawns on the east side of the southwest chamber. Wicyl hits for around 1100 (in normal), has all the normal Shadowknight tools (harm touch, fear), and casts Web of Hooks, a 1000 dd and root. Once you bring him to 50% he will become invulnerable and teleport away, summoning some "a drachnid broodtender" adds. Kill the adds and then make your way to the notrhwest chamber to find Wicyl. Same fight as before but now you kill him. This completes the task. In addition to the loot below he drops a Hastily Written Note. Loot this and give it to Brovil to trigger dialog for the next mission in the arc, Rescue Cicero!.
