The Judicator

Spawns randomly in the fields.
Drops - Sash of the Mender, Darksoul Staff, Stone of Judgment

Tasks

The tasks here are old school and don't go into the task window so be sure to follow dialog carefully. Your progression in the zone starts with Etsinthinikonarifet the sphynx:

• Hail Etsinthinikonarifet, then say tithe
• Go to Plane of Justice, locate Zayenaekk, say 'za ye na ekk' then 'ets in thini konar ifet'
• Go to Korascian Warrens, locate Murdunk, in Ogre (need at least 90 skill) /say 'I seek an audience with zayenaekk'
• Go to Plane of Earth, collect a groundspawn Murdunk's Sword from where Tantisala spawns
• Give the sword to Murdunk
• Go to Toskiraak, locate Zayenaekk, say 'i seek the blessing of your sister'
• Scribe the book you are given
• Loot a Zekarian Diamond from mobs/minis in Plane of War, combine it in a fletching kit with a Stonewood Compound Bow to create Tribute
• Give Tribute to Etsinthinikonarifet

This gives access to the southern fields and mines.

In the fields continuously kill mobs, eventually The Judicator spawns. Kill this and loot a Warlord's Blessing. With the Blessing in hand you can access either Castle Tamrel or Castle Rulnavis. The Blessing is consumed upon giving you access so you'll need two to unlock both.

There are quests given in each Castle which require faction to get. If you complete all tasks in both Castles you unlock the Southern Tower.
